A little bit about me
From serving coffees to balancing accounts to designing experiences, my career path has been anything but conventional. But it’s this winding journey through hospitality, finance and design that has made me adaptable, empathetic, and obsessed with keeping things clear (no jargon, no fluff).
🌏 Originally from Poland, I spent nearly a decade living in Scotland and England before moving to Australia in 2018. That mix of cultures and experiences has shaped how I approach life and design—balancing different perspectives, embracing change, and always looking for the simplest, most effective way to communicate.
🚨 I have a built-in radar for when a team is spiralling into a black hole of overthinking. Whether in workshops or discussions, I make sure we stay on track—because a clear purpose means better results (and fewer meetings that could’ve been an email).
🎧 I also believe great design starts with listening. Asking the right questions before jumping to solutions saves everyone time—and avoids fixing the wrong problem with the perfect answer.
🏃🏻♀️ When I’m not at my desk solving problems, you’ll find me staying active, listening to podcasts, walking with my cavoodle Ruby, or whipping up some healthy meals in the kitchen.
